Now what do I do? 

I have the coat and need instructions!!

We recommend wearing an EQ Magnetic Calming Cover™ as well as sleeping on an EQ magnetic bed™. 

At Agility Trials your dog can lay in her crate or X-pen on her EQ magnetic bed™.  When she gets out of the crate her coat should be immediately put on her.  Her muscles are warm from resting and this helps them ease into work mode. 

She may go potty with the coat on and should do some long trotting to start to warm up her muscles. She should start the stretching process by bending  and doing some foundation training on the flat.

About 10 dogs before she runs she should go to the practice jump... REMOVE HER COAT and use the jump with normal "routine". After finishing the practice jump place the coat back on her until about 3 dogs before she runs.  At the same time keep her moving and massage muscles while waiting.

Lay the coat at the exit of the ring and as soon as she is finished with her run place the coat back on her to start the process of removing the lactic acid and toxins from her body. Walk her out for about 20 minutes or so and then do another massage to her back legs.

When she is cooled out, her muscles are not going to have a chance to "tie up" and that she is comfy, put her back in her crate to rest for the next run.
